Cancellation Policy
2. Cancellations by the customer 2.1 Early cancellations Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time will not incur a cancellation fee. In these cases, if you have already paid for the service, you may receive a full refund or a credit for a future service, as you prefer. ​2.2 Late cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time will be subject to charging the insurance paid for that booking. The rest of the service amount, if already paid, may be refunded or handled according to the conditions indicated at the time of booking. 2.3 No‑show If the driver arrives at the pickup point and the customer does not show up and does not respond to contact attempts within a reasonable time (for example, 15–30 minutes, depending on the type of service and location), it will be considered a no‑show. In the event of a no‑show, no refund will be issued and 100% of the service may be charged.
