We reserve the right to cancel a service due to force majeure, safety conditions, or breach of these Terms by the client. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible and, when appropriate, offer alternatives or refunds.
5. Punctuality and Waiting Time

We strive to arrive on time at the agreed pickup time. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Additional charges may apply for waiting times that exceed the minutes included in your booking. These charges will be indicated in the rate policy.
6. Passenger Conduct

We expect respectful behavior toward the chauffeur and the vehicle.

Smoking is not allowed inside the vehicles.

Any damage caused to the vehicle due to misuse may be charged to the responsible client.
7. Luggage and Belongings

The client is responsible for ensuring that their luggage meets reasonable size and weight limits.

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items left in the vehicle, except in cases required by applicable law.
8. Safety

Our chauffeurs are committed to driving safely and complying with traffic laws.

We may refuse to provide the service or interrupt it if the passenger’s behavior puts at risk the safety of the chauffeur, the vehicle, or third parties.
9. Use of the Website

The content of this site (texts, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Private Transportation Services or is used with authorization.
